Hello, My mom and I want to get a mother and son tattoo on our left forearm as a matching tattoo to symbolize our relationship in a special way. I read your article on know which alphabet type to use and I really want to respect the rune we get and make sure I understand the meaning behind it and get the right symbolization for us. We were thinking of just doing a symbol of a conjoined “Mother and son”. I was wondering if you’d be able to help with what alphabet I should use, and what they represent as well and what they look like. based on the article it seems Elder Futhark is the best option but is not we’re open to learning more.
