5 POWERFUL LIFE ADVICE FOR 2021 FROM SADHGURU you need to know

Hi, Friends. I want to share with you these beautiful and incredibly powerful advice from one of my favourite humans - Sadhguru. I hope you find them inspirational.

Sadhguru is Indian Yogi, Mystic and Author. He is one of the TOP 50 most influential people on the planet.


His keen, passionate and quite logical mindset gave him his well deserved reputation and resulted in being invited as a public speaker to many events, including the United Nation's World Peace Summit, the British Parliament's House of Lords and various Universities around the world.

1. CREATE A HAPPINESS JOURNAL


Create a Happiness Journal and maintain it daily. It is different from a popular concept of a Gratitude Journal where you would write down a list of things you are grateful for on a daily basis.


Happiness Journal is for you to write down how many times a day you were happy. Sadhguru sees it this way: if today it is 5 times and tomorrow is 6, you are becoming better. But if tomorrow it is 3, you become worse.


Happiness is not a destination. It is a way to measure how relaxed you are, which in turn defines how easily you get frustrated or unhappy in life.


If you have this journal, you will never be angry or sad.

Get yourself a beautiful notebook that will make you happy and inspired. That way you will create even more happiness when it is time to write down yet another point.



2. EAT WITH GRATITUDE

What you eat and how you eat is equally important as what you consume had its own life energy, be it a plant or an animal.


What you eat becomes a part of you. On how you treat your food will depend how it affects your body.



3. STAY CONNECTED TO THE EARTH

With your palms and bare feet spend a few moments in contact with the Earth. It has a mind and memory of its own. I know it is cold but trees are just as much of a part of the Earth as the soil. They also have beautiful stories to tell.


4. WAKE UP WITH A SMILE


Many who go to sleep tonight won’t wake up tomorrow. Acknowledge it when you go to sleep and when you wake up and you will have something to look forward to at night and something to be grateful for in the morning. Now check if your loved ones are still alive. If yes, have a bigger smile.


Every time you look at the clock - smile.


You are alive and it’s the most important thing.



5. MEDITATE


Meditation is a key for the liberation and release of suffering. It is a way to disconnect your mind from the body as these two are the only true causes of suffering. It can be either mental or physical. Meditate to accept and let go. Meditate to ground. Meditate for mind, body and soul.
